Overview

Our gift card or instore credit, refund and returns policy lasts 30 days on products, except live bees. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a instore credit, or or exchange.

To be eligible for a gift card, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. The wrapping seal must be unbroken, and intact, with no evidence that it was ever removed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, salves, lip balms, cosmetics, drawn bee frames, nucs, bees, brood, or queens cannot be returned.

There is no Refund or Credit for Live Bees. Purchasers will approve the bees, or the Queens, when you pick them up. There is no guarantee, credit, or refund once you pick up the nuc, bees, package, or queens.

There is no credit or refund if you are more than 30 minutes late to pick up your bees, nucs, packages, or queens.

Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Refunds for Credit – Instore Credit – Gift Card

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your application for Credit. There are no be cash refunds or financial compensation offered.

If you are approved, then your we will apply credit automatically within a 30 days.

There is no financial refund or compensation for any product.

If you haven’t received a gift card after 30 days please contact us.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Credit cannot be given for on sale items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate, or credit for the value of your return, minus shipping. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, email us for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not accept C.O.D. or accept any form of shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
